I was asked once to say what my most valuable asset is in life.  They suggested; is it my house or maybe my car or how about my bank account?  I replied: those are all valuable but my most valuable asset is my integrity.  If I say I will do something, it will be done and done when I said.

 

HONESTY

When I was a child my parents were extremely adamant about telling the truth.  As a 4 year old I learned that to tell a lie to my dad was not the smart thing to do.  This trait has carried up through my adulthood and it has paid off with a contented feeling inside that only an honest person can feel.

 

LOYALTY

Loyalty is a learned trait.  If one chooses not to be loyal to their own feeling then they are just fooling themselves.  Loyalty to my clients is one of the most important things in buying or selling a home.  I vowed to be loyal to my clients when I first started as an agent and it still holds true today.

 

 

ETHICAL

Ethics is something that is taught in the home and usually by the parents.  Experience’s from childhood to an adult is when ethics is either gained in a person’s character or lost.  I was taught that the ethical way of living is the only right way.
